Is this a live feed?
This is a snapshot, not a live feed. Refresh runs are scheduled for Mondays. Each city publishes on its own timetable, so records can be older than the collection date. If a refresh fails, the last successful snapshot stays available.
Does a permit represent an available job?
A permit records administrative activity. It does not verify whether work is pending or completed, whether a contractor is still involved, or whether an owner intends to buy additional services. Trade categories are automated and may need review.
Where are my saved permits stored?
Only in this browser’s local storage. They do not sync across devices and may be removed when browser data is cleared. Dashboard access follows your active TEST subscription’s trade and territory.
